HOT PLATES

IH Design and manufacture custom built ovens covering a wide range of industrial applications and temperatures for drying, baking, conditioning, sterilizing, evaporating, preheating and curing of many processes and products.

Ovens are clasified in two main types : Natural Convection with damper controlled induced air circulation or forced air recirculation with fully adjustable fresh air intake and exhaust.

Hot Plates : IH design and manufacture custom built hot plates covering a wide range of industrial, lab and commercial applications.

Furnaces

Types of Furnaces:

Anneling Furnace, Heat treatment Furnace, Aluminum melting Furnace, Lead-melting Furnace.

Features:
Amrita furnace has helically wound, Kanthal wire heating elements. Elements are horizontally supported in grooves on all walls. Front-loading furnaces with openings 12" or higher will have elements located on the inner door surface.

All furnaces are insulated with high Grade firebrick complimented with an outer layer of fiber - based insulation. The outer shell is painted with a heat resistant high temperature paint. Doors are recessed plug type, providing a double heat seal.

All furnaces are equipped with control panel inbuilt PID temperature controller complete with Type K thermocouple. Furnaces operational to 1200°C.
